These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FindRentalNow and related services operated by EMARKET WEB SERVICE LLC (“we”, “us”). By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of the service
FindRentalNow is a B2B marketplace for professionals only: real estate agents, agencies, and property managers. It provides access to rental inquiry data in Canada. Users purchase prepaid credits and use them to unlock individual inquiries (including contact details). We are not a real estate agency. We do not guarantee the availability of inquiries, that renters will respond, or that any rental will be successful. The service is provided “as is” within the limits of applicable law.
Eligibility and account
You must be a professional (agent, agency, or property manager) and use the service for business purposes only. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Credits and payments
Credits are prepaid and used to unlock inquiries. Credits constitute a usage license; once used, they are generally non-refundable. Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal according to their respective terms. Refund policy is set out in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to harass or spam contacts, or to resell or redistribute inquiry data in violation of these Terms. You must comply with applicable laws (including privacy and anti-spam) when contacting renters. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for any reason we consider necessary.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties (express or implied) and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on inquiry data.
