FindRentalNow is operated by EMARKET WEB SERVICE LLC. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for our B2B credit-based service.
Used credits
We do not provide cash refunds for credits that have already been used to unlock inquiries. Once you unlock an inquiry, the credits are consumed and are non-refundable. We do not guarantee the accuracy of contact details, renter response, or successful rentals; see our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
Unused credits and exceptional cases
Refunds for unused credits, or credit refunds in exceptional cases (e.g. technical failure on our side that prevented proper use of the service), may be considered at our sole discretion. Any such refund may be issued as a credit to your account or, where we agree, via the original payment method. We do not commit to any specific refund amount or timeline except as required by law.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Chargebacks and payment disputes are subject to the rules of the relevant payment provider and may result in account suspension.
