How credits work
FindRentalNow uses a credit-based model. You purchase prepaid credits and use them to unlock individual rental inquiries. Credits are a usage license — they give you access to view and use the contact details associated with an inquiry.
Each inquiry costs a set number of credits based on factors such as urgency and specificity. The exact cost is shown in the app before you unlock. Once credits are used to unlock an inquiry, they are consumed and are not refundable as a general rule.
We do not guarantee availability of inquiries, response from renters, or successful rentals. FindRentalNow is a B2B marketplace for professionals only. We are not a real estate agency.
